Come Visit Us at CODEX 2026

Petrarch Press at CODEX

We’ll be exhibiting once again at the tenth biennial 2026 CODEX Book Art Fair from Friday, February 7 through February 10 in the Oakland Marriott City Center. If you’ll be at the fair, be sure to stop by our table to say hello and take in that special energy of traditionally printed fine-press editions. We’ll be at Table W18B, along the East wall of the West Ballroom.

We’ll be showing:

  • Our most recent publication: Edward FitzGerald’s Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám,
  • Single sheets from Peter Bishop’s Petrarch Press publications, for educational purposes or to be framed,
  • A few remaining copies of Peter Bishop’s pamphlet On Wine, in both handmade and moldmade paper editions,
  • Broadsides of Walt Whitman’s Prayer of Columbus, Abraham Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address, and Adrienne Rich’s Forms Colors,
  • Our “fine-press greeting card” Valentine’s booklet titled Your Worth to Sing, Shakespeare’s Sonnet 106 in original orthography, with mailing envelope and blank leaves suitable for dedication or inscription,
  • Packets of letterpress bookmarks with quotations from William Shakespeare.

Something for every collector.

See you there!
